Steven M. Campbell
BROKER, OWNER
Steven M. Campbell began his career in real estate by joining his father's established brokerage in 1977 in the small farming community of Bloomfield, Iowa. In 1986, he transferred to the branch office in Ottumwa and assumed broker-in-charge responsibilities. He then purchased the entire business from his father, founder of Julian Campbell, Realtors®, in 1991.
After having served 3 terms as president of his local Board of Realtors, Steve was elected by his associates as President of the South East Iowa Regional Board of Realtors in 2015. This organization stretches from the Mississippi River in the east, to I-35 in the west, covering more than 10 counties and boasts membership of over 400 licensees. Steve also serves as a Director on the Board of the Iowa Association of Realtors, and has been cited by the IAR for Excellence in Listings and Sales by achieving multi-million dollar production levels every year since 1994.
In 2016, Steven was elected Vice President, Region 8, of the Iowa Association of Realtors and serves on the Housing Committee Task Force for the Legacy Foundation of the City of Ottumwa.
